Un total de 563 ciudadanos culminaron con \u00e9xito los talleres gastron\u00f3micos del Centro de Capacitaci\u00f3n Continua Amazonas, gestionado por la Empresa P\u00fablica de Acci\u00f3n Social y Educaci\u00f3n EP DASE, durante su tercer periodo formativo desarrollado entre enero y febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ceremonia de clausura se realiz\u00f3 en el Centro Cultural Olmedo (antigua sede del Club de la Uni\u00f3n), con la participaci\u00f3n de la subgerente de Proyectos Sociales y Educaci\u00f3n de EP DASE, Emilene Aguayo, y la concejal Juanita Montero. Como parte del evento, se instalaron 12 stands demostrativos donde los participantes exhibieron los productos elaborados durante su proceso de formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta edici\u00f3n se registraron 799 inscritos, de los cuales 563 completaron la capacitaci\u00f3n en distintas \u00e1reas: Panader\u00eda (133 participantes), Pasteler\u00eda M\u00f3dulo 1 (117), Pasteler\u00eda M\u00f3dulo 2 (67), Reposter\u00eda (180) y Cocteler\u00eda (66).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa refleja un alto impacto en el fortalecimiento del emprendimiento femenino: el 86% de los beneficiarios son mujeres, frente a un 14% de hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la fecha, esta iniciativa ha beneficiado a m\u00e1s de 1.921 personas mayores de 18 a\u00f1os, con una oferta acad\u00e9mica disponible de lunes a s\u00e1bado en horarios accesibles que facilitan la participaci\u00f3n de diversos sectores de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, los talleres se consolidan como una plataforma para dinamizar el comercio local. \u201cAprend\u00ed a hacer tortas, postres, tres leches, chocolate y muchas cosas m\u00e1s. Mi emprendimiento se llama Postres Bel\u00e9n, hago de todo un poco.
