{"id":3467,"date":"2026-06-09T15:02:03","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T20:02:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/emisarioec.com\/?p=3467"},"modified":"2026-06-18T15:03:53","modified_gmt":"2026-06-18T20:03:53","slug":"con-franja-de-precios-gobierno-del-presidente-noboa-protege-a-productores-de-maiz-y-consumidores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/emisarioec.com\/index.php\/2026\/06\/09\/con-franja-de-precios-gobierno-del-presidente-noboa-protege-a-productores-de-maiz-y-consumidores\/","title":{"rendered":"Con franja de precios, Gobierno del presidente Noboa protege a productores de ma\u00edz y consumidores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a>El ma\u00edz amarillo duro es la principal materia prima para la elaboraci\u00f3n de alimento balanceado, indispensable en la cr\u00eda y producci\u00f3n de carnes de pollo y cerdo, adem\u00e1s de huevos, productos primordiales de la alimentaci\u00f3n diaria de la mayor\u00eda de los 18 millones de ecuatorianos.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consciente de la importancia estrat\u00e9gica de este cultivo para la seguridad alimentaria y la estabilidad de la cadena productiva, el Gobierno del presidente Daniel Noboa, mediante el Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Pesca (MAGP), fue socializada a los integrantes del Consejo Consultivo de la Cadena de Ma\u00edz Amarillo, Balanceados y Productores de Prote\u00edna Animal, una franja de precios para el quintal de ma\u00edz amarillo duro, misma que consta en el Acuerdo Ministerial 016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La medida fija un precio piso de USD 17,45 y un precio techo de USD 19,61 por quintal, con el objetivo de garantizar condiciones justas para productores, industriales y consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ministro de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Pesca, Juan Carlos Vega, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta medida busca estabilizar el mercado y asegurar la comercializaci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n nacional, e indic\u00f3 que la industria de balanceado y de prote\u00edna animal absorber\u00e1 toda la producci\u00f3n nacional del grano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El precio m\u00ednimo busca proteger a los productores en \u00e9pocas de alta oferta, cuando los valores de mercado tienden a disminuir. Por su parte, el precio m\u00e1ximo resguarda a los consumidores y a los sectores productivos que utilizan este grano como insumo, evitando incrementos excesivos cuando existe escasez y los precios registran alzas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los valores establecidos deber\u00e1n cumplir los par\u00e1metros de calidad definidos para el producto, especialmente en lo relacionado al contenido de humedad e impurezas.
