Los representantes de seis instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior participaron este jueves de la primera semifinal de los Retos de Innovaci\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mica 2025, en el marco de la segunda edici\u00f3n del Programa Turismo Futuro, del Ministerio de Producci\u00f3n, Comercio Exterior e Inversiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa tiene como objetivo promover la creatividad, la t\u00e9cnica y la innovaci\u00f3n en la gastronom\u00eda ecuatoriana en la b\u00fasqueda de propuestas culinarias que reflejen la riqueza cultural y el potencial tur\u00edstico del pa\u00eds. En ese contexto, en los retos participan equipos de cuatro estudiantes y dos docentes de carreras relacionadas con turismo y gastronom\u00eda de m\u00e1s de 20 instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tres proyectos m\u00e1s innovadores y de mayor impacto ser\u00e1n premiados con fondos para su implementaci\u00f3n con: 25.000 d\u00f3lares para el primer lugar, 15.000 d\u00f3lares para el segundo y 10.000 d\u00f3lares para el tercero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las instituciones participantes de esta primera semifinal fueron:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Cuenca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo (UNACH)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instituto Superior Tecnol\u00f3gico Particular Sudamericano (Turismo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escuela Superior Polit\u00e9cnica de Chimborazo (ESPOCH)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instituto Universitario San Isidro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instituto Superior Tecnol\u00f3gico Particular Sudamericano (Innovaci\u00f3n)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ganadores de esta semifinal regional fueron Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo con su proyecto de intervenci\u00f3n en el Mercado Central de Alaus\u00ed, y el Instituto Superior Tecnol\u00f3gico Particular Sudamericano con el proyecto denominado The Chakra Lab.
